Those who participate in intramural range in age, ability, and gender. These sports teams allow students to play a sport they enjoy without committing to a varsity team. The students joined different sports but me, i didn't joined any sports because i don't have sports HAHAHA. I just sitdown and cheered my team. There are many social benefits of intramurals sports like to boost or improved your self-confidence, social relation, allows your ability to socially interact, and increases ability to socially interact, and increases commitment to peers.
